It is not permissible for a resident to combine two prayers for the sake of recreation or shopping, and each prayer must be performed at its appointed time. One can pray anywhere when the time for prayer enters while outside the home, for the earth is a mosque and a purifier, and ablution is available in public restrooms or with readily available water. A Muslim's shyness about praying in public places is not an excuse for abandoning or delaying prayer.
