The bank's imposition of fees on the merchant for using the card does not affect the permissibility of the transaction, nor does it prevent its utilization, provided that the merchant does not increase the price for those who purchase with the card, in accordance with the Islamic Fiqh Academy's resolution No. 108 (2/12).
