There is no explicit legal (Shari'ah) evidence from the Quran or Sunnah indicating a special virtue for the firstborn being a girl. Some scholars have suggested that the prioritization of females over males in the verse from Surah Ash-Shura might indicate auspiciousness in the birth of a female. There is also evidence regarding the virtue of raising girls in general.
