Is it permissible to marry a girl with whom anal sex was performed before marriage?

If penetration occurred anally, then this is zina (fornication/adultery), and it is among the gravest major sins and immoral acts. Both of you must offer sincere repentance to Allah Almighty. It is not permissible to complete the marriage except after both of you have sincerely repented, because Allah has forbidden marriage to a fornicator or an adulteress unless they repent. Allah Almighty says: "The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries the [female] fornicator except a fornicator or a polytheist. And that has been forbidden to the believers."

However, if it was merely touching without penetration, this is not zina that necessitates the hadd punishment, but it is one of the preludes to zina. Both of you must repent to Allah Almighty, and there is no impediment to completing the marriage.
