What is the meaning of Qatadah’s - may Allah have mercy on him - statement in interpreting the name "Al-Quddus" as "Al-Mubarak" (the Blessed), and what is its implication regarding Allah Almighty?

In language, barakah (blessing) means steadfastness and increase. Allah, the Blessed, is He whose attributes of perfection and majesty are firmly established, and from whom all good things and blessings emanate. His blessedness (tabarrukuhu) encompasses the permanence of His existence, the abundance of His goodness, His glory, His sublimity, and His majesty, the emanation of all good things from Him, and His bestowal of blessings upon whomever He wills among His creation. The barakah of Allah, by which He is described, is His glory, His purity, and His holiness. He is the bestower of the blessings of creation and sustenance, and the مدیر of the affairs of all beings.
