Is it a condition to perform all that is mentioned in the hadith to attain the reward of fasting and praying for a year, or is it sufficient to perform only some of it?

The hadith narrated by the authors of the Sunan and Ahmad from Aws ibn Aws, may Allah be pleased with him, explains the virtue of Friday, and that whoever washes [his head] and performs ghusl, comes early and is among the first to arrive, walks and does not ride, draws near to the imam, listens and does not engage in idle talk, will have for every step he takes the reward of fasting and praying for a year. This great reward is linked to the sum of these actions. So, whoever performs all of them will attain the aforementioned reward. And whoever performs some of them will have the reward for what he did, but he will not deserve the full reward mentioned in the hadith. The hadith indicates the permissibility of ghusl, coming early, walking, drawing near to the imam, listening, and refraining from idle talk on Friday.
