You must review the company's terms: If they permit disbursing funds to employees regardless of their need for eyeglasses, there is no harm in taking it and spending it as you wish. However, if they stipulate the need for medical eyeglasses for the benefit of work, then it is not permissible for you to use the money for any other purpose.
