Is it permissible for someone medically insured to purchase prescription glasses, to then purchase non-prescription sunglasses not covered by the insurance, and ask the seller to write an invoice stating they are prescription glasses of equal value? And is it permissible for an employee, approached by a company representative to conclude an insurance contract for his company's workers, to request a sum of money in exchange for concluding the contract?
Cooperative Insurance: It is not permissible to deceive it, and its conditions must be adhered to. What is taken by deception is unlawful and must be returned.
Commercial Insurance: It is permissible to take only what was paid, and it is not permissible to take more than that because it is a void contract. It is not permissible to subscribe to it voluntarily. However, it is permissible to resort to deception to obtain a right if it cannot be obtained through legitimate means.
Employee requesting money in exchange for contracting: It is not permissible if concluding the contract is his job. It is permissible if he exerted effort as an intermediary.
