Is it permissible for an apostate to utter the two Shahadas inside the bathroom while performing ghusl, knowing that the fatwa prohibits mentioning Allah in the bathroom?

It is disliked to remember Allah in the place of relieving oneself. The declaration of faith (Shahada) is not invalidated if it occurs in the bathroom. Entry into Islam is not invalidated by delaying the ritual bath (ghusl). Rather, a disbeliever must embrace Islam immediately and not delay it for ghusl, because delaying it is a severe sin. It is not permissible for a Muslim to advise a disbeliever to delay his embracing Islam for ghusl; that is a grave sin. Ghusl is not considered an act of worship before embracing Islam due to the lack of eligibility of the one performing it. And whoever is pleased with the disbelief of a disbeliever, such as one who was asked to teach Islam to someone but did not do so, has committed a great sin.
