Is it permissible to compensate children whose father is unable to provide them with private education, unlike their sister, by writing over to them a portion of his property?

If the writing is intended as a will, then it is a will to an heir, which is forbidden by Islamic law and is not effective unless the heirs agree to it, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah Almighty has given every rightful person his due, so there is no will for an heir."

If it is intended as a gift, it is not related to a gift. Rather, it falls under the category of expenditure (nafaqah), and in expenditure, equality between children is not obligatory. Rather, one spends on each of them according to their needs, especially when there is a disparity in needs. Based on this, it is not permissible to give the sisters a part of the properties, because that would be a preferential treatment for them without a legitimate Islamic justification.
