What advice should be given to Tunisian youth in light of the divisions prevalent among them?

A Muslim is advised to serve Islam and cooperate with those who work in it upon the truth, striving to convince them to cooperate and abandon discord. This is based on the Almighty’s saying: "That you establish the religion and not be divided therein." When there are differences in viewpoints, one must be keen to know the truth by seeking Islamic knowledge from righteous scholars and by utilizing the reported supplication: "O Allah, Lord of Jibreel, Mika'il, and Israfil... guide me to the truth in that concerning which they have differed, by Your permission."
