Is it permissible to perform tayammum on the marble walls of the Masaa (Sa'ee path) in order to perform the Farewell Tawaf and the Maghrib and Isha prayers during Hajj due to overcrowding and the inability to perform wudu?

You must make up the Maghrib and Isha prayers, because tayammum (dry ablution) is only permissible when water is unavailable or one is unable to use it. The crowding that occurred does not permit tayammum. As for the circumambulation (tawaf), purity is a condition for it according to most scholars. Since you performed it without purity, you are required to offer a sacrifice (a sheep to be slaughtered in the Haram and distributed to its poor), and you can appoint someone to do this on your behalf. However, some scholars believe that one who leaves the farewell tawaf for fear of missing their companions is excused and is not required to offer a sacrifice.
