Does unintentionally touching a woman in crowded transportation affect one's fast?

There is no sin upon you if you touched a woman unintentionally, due to Allah's saying: ﴿And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended.﴾, and due to Allah's saying in the supplication of the believers: ﴿Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we forget or make a mistake.﴾, and Allah Almighty responded: I have done so. And this touch has no effect on the validity of fasting.
