The disabled person who is unable to marry is, like healthy individuals, entitled to marriage and its rulings. Disability is not an impediment to the validity of marriage, provided that this is clarified to the wife and she consents. Some jurists have explicitly stated the obligation of the guardian to marry him off. It is not permissible to suppress the sexual instinct except out of necessity, and the legitimate means to alleviate the pressure of the sexual instinct have been mentioned.
