It is permissible to marry a disabled person, even if they are insane or mentally deficient. In fact, their guardian must marry them off if they are in need of marriage. If the disabled person is of sound mind but is unable to perform intercourse or has no sexual desire, their marriage is permissible. Some scholars have deemed it desirable, while others have held that leaving them alone is better.
