What should a woman do who is frequently afflicted by jinn possession during her menstrual period, despite her diligence in prayer and Quran recitation?

A menstruating woman is permitted to recite the Qur’an without touching the Mushaf. This is the view of the Maliki school and the preferred opinion of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. Therefore, she is allowed to perform ruqyah on herself and should do so frequently during menstruation. She must turn to Allah Almighty and engage in abundant supplication, asking Him to avert evil from her.
