What is the ruling on raising and selling frogs for export purposes?

It is forbidden to kill frogs, and anything whose killing is forbidden is also forbidden to eat, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibition against killing them. Similarly, it is forbidden to sell frogs if there is no permissible benefit in them. However, if there is a permissible benefit from them, such as using them for dissection for scientific purposes, then it is permissible to sell them to whoever benefits from them for this purpose.
