What is the ruling on one who prays intending to repeat the prayer after doing something that invalidates it, out of shyness to interrupt it, and is this considered mockery and disbelief?

Whoever intentionally proceeds with a void prayer is sinful and deserves blame, but his action is not disbelief (kufr) or mockery; rather, it is a sin. If the majority of jurists hold that whoever intentionally prays without purification does not commit an act of disbelief, then it is even more fitting that whoever intentionally proceeds with a prayer after committing an invalidating act does not commit an act of disbelief.
