Does a triple divorce occur if a husband says it to his wife while in a state of extreme anger, and the wife was afraid and unable to comply with the condition of getting out of the car, knowing that the husband did not intend divorce but rather wanted her to return home?

Severe anger does not prevent the enforceability of a divorce unless it removes one's sanity. A divorce pronounced with the triple utterance counts as three. If you pronounced three divorces to your wife while being aware of what you were saying, she has become irrevocably separated from you (bainunah kubra), and you cannot take her back unless she marries another man out of genuine desire, and he consummates the marriage with her, and then divorces her or dies, and her waiting period (iddah) expires. It is preferable to present the matter to trustworthy scholars. The permissible beating for a disobedient wife is a non-bruising one, only after admonition and boycotting. Anger is the key to evil, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, advised against anger.
