Is it permissible to follow mosques in pursuit of a good voice from the Imam, due to the reverence and presence of heart that results from it?

The most apparent opinion is that there is no harm in going to a distant mosque to listen to a specific Imam, seeking his voice to aid in achieving solemnity (khushu') and tranquility (طمأنينة) in prayer, or with the intention of increasing one's steps and reward. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The people who receive the greatest reward for prayer are those who walk the furthest, and then those who walk the next furthest."
