Is it obligatory to continue dhikr from sunrise until the time of dislike (for prayer) has passed in order to perform the two rak'ahs of Fajr mentioned in the Hadith: "Whoever remembers Allah from Fajr until sunrise, then prays two rak'ahs, it will be for him like a complete Umrah and Hajj," or is dhikr until sunrise sufficient, and the prayer can be delayed?

The hadith narrated by Al-Tabarani and Al-Tirmidhi includes women if they pray Fajr in congregation and then sit remembering Allah until the sun rises, after which they pray two rak'ahs. For this, they will have the reward of a complete Hajj and 'Umrah. To attain this reward, it is a condition to engage in remembrance until praying the two rak'ahs, and their time is after the sun has risen to the height of a spear (Ishraq prayer).
