Is reciting adhkar and Qur'an after Fajr until an hour after sunrise correct, or must one pray two rak'ahs after sunrise, and is she who leaves the two rak'ahs to read Qur'an instead of them sinful?

We congratulate the questioner on her diligence in remembrance of Allah (dhikr) and reciting the Quran after Fajr prayer. We advise her to continue reciting the Quran until she completes her reading, and then perform the two rak'ahs of Ishraq prayer (sunrise prayer), as their virtue is linked to whoever sits in their prayer place remembering Allah until the sun rises. If one leaves them, there is no sin upon them, as they are not obligatory.
