What is the Sharia ruling on dealing with a troublesome wife who refuses to have children, wears immodest clothing, while there is a child present, and one cannot afford the costs of divorce?

The actions of this wife, such as listening to music, uncovering what Allah has commanded to be covered, and disobeying her husband, are deeds that incur Allah's wrath and displeasure. The husband should advise her and remind her of Allah. If she refuses and rejects, he may marry another woman. If her situation improves, he may take her back; otherwise, he may divorce her. He also has the right to refuse divorcing her until she returns what he gave her or exempts him from thearriage deferred dowry.
