Do the financial amounts that the father and sister received from the rent of the deceased mother's property count in the questioner's balance of good deeds, especially since they did not go as ongoing charity for the mother as the questioner was previously informed, and what can the questioner do to maintain kinship ties with his father and sister?

If a son is deprived of his rightful share of inheritance through the father's deception, the son's demand for his right is not considered disobedience ( 'uquq ). Inheritance is a right guaranteed by Allah to every heir, as evidenced by the verse: "For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, be it little or much—a due share." The hadith "You and your wealth belong to your father" does not mean that the father may take whatever he wishes from his son's wealth without causing harm to the son or indulging in extravagance and squandering. The son has the choice to demand his right or to waive it, entirely or partially. He is hoped to receive the reward of righteousness and maintaining kinship ties if he waives it for his father and sister.
