How does a traveler pray Dhuhr, combined with Asr, one hour after arriving in his hometown, knowing that he delayed the Dhuhr prayer during his journey to pray it combined?

It is permissible for the traveler to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers by delaying them (Jam' Ta'kheer) if the excuse of travel continues until the time of the second prayer (Asr) enters, and then the excuse ceases upon reaching his hometown. In this case, he should pray Dhuhr and Asr in full, without shortening them, because he has become a resident.
