Is there a difference in the Quran between using the terms "khalaqna" (We created), "ja'alna" (We made/appointed), and "sun' Allah" (the handiwork/making of Allah) when referring to creation?

The difference between al-khalq (creation) and al-ja'l (making/ordaining) is that al-khalq refers to originating and bringing into existence, while al-ja'l refers to originating and innovating. As for al-sun' (making/manufacturing), it also means creation.
