Is it obligatory to fast for two months after the miscarriage of a fetus due to an abdominal impact accident?

If the daughter caused the miscarriage, then she is legally responsible, not the mother.

If the miscarriage occurred after the first forty days, the daughter is liable for a "ghurrah" (a male or female slave). If she cannot find one, then she must pay a tenth of the blood money of the fetus's mother.

The daughter bears responsibility and liability, whether she is an adult or a minor, if the matter involves aggression against others. The intentional acts of a child or an insane person are considered mistakes borne by the 'aqilah (the male relatives responsible for paying blood money).

As for the obligation of fasting, if the daughter is an adult, she must offer the expiation of freeing a slave. If she cannot, then she must fast for two consecutive months. However, if she is not an adult, there is no expiation upon her.
