What is the authenticity and strength of the Hadith: "What is wrong with people who come to prayer without purification, so Shaytan clothes himself in our prayer?"

The Hadith (definition) "He makes the Qur'an difficult for us; indeed, some people among you do not perform ablution properly" was narrated by Ahmad and An-Nasa'i, and there is disagreement regarding its authenticity. Al-Hafiz Ibn Kathir graded it as hasan (definition) (good), and he mentioned that completing purification facilitates worship and helps in its completion. He also stated that the prayer of the congregant is linked to the prayer of the Imam, citing as evidence the Prophet's distress over the imperfect ablution of someone who prayed behind him.
