Can the wife be excluded from the inheritance if her husband divorced her while angry, then took her back and lived with her as a husband until his death, on the pretext that the husband did not appear in court to reinstate her, or by the heirs swearing an oath of lack of knowledge?

The wife's claim that a رجعة (resumption of marital relations) occurred after a divorce cannot be established except by the testimony of two just witnesses. The mother's oath that the father took her back is not sufficient. The Sharia judge is more knowledgeable about the circumstances of the dispute.
