The answer

Among the things that encourage a Muslim to maintain the morning and evening adhkar (remembrances) and help him in doing so are: the great reward and abundant recompense mentioned therein; the peace of mind and tranquility of heart that come from remembering Allah the Almighty; the servant's desire for Allah the Almighty's protection from devils and from every harm; and emulating and following the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Also helpful in this regard is the company of righteous people, and reading and listening to what mentions and encourages them.
