Is it permissible to work as an assistant to a doctor in treating patients without completing one's studies, given that the father only spends upon request and does not approve of working in a regular job?

A girl must obey her father if he forbids her from working, and she should praise Allah for His bounty. Lying is forbidden except within narrow limits, such as necessity or a legitimate interest that cannot be achieved otherwise. Lying to one's father combines the sin of lying with the sin of disobedience to parents.
