What is the ruling on a young man remaining in an employment contract as a personal assistant to a sick girl, even though he does not perform personal care tasks, but rather his work is limited to translation and administrative assistance for the family, in exchange for a portion of the salary, with the remainder given to the girl's father, in order to ensure the continued disbursement of a budget allocated for the girl?

The agreement between the questioner and the girl's father to take the financial aid designated for the girl is not permissible, and this money is unlawful for both of them. The obligation is to adhere to the contract agreed upon with the granting entity, or to inform them of the truth. If they agree, then the money becomes permissible; otherwise, there is no right to it. The fundamental principle is the obligation to fulfill contracts, as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [your] contracts," and to avoid deception and lying, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives is not from me."
