What is the ruling on taking a sum of money from a fictitious employment contract in the wife’s name, given the low salary and the need for money, and is it permissible to give this money as charity if taking it is not permissible?

The contract between an employee and an employer is based on work, and the wage is in exchange for the work performed. If the employee receives a wage without performing work, this is considered consuming people's wealth unlawfully, which is forbidden by the Almighty's saying: "And do not consume your properties among yourselves unlawfully." It is impermissible to accept the manager's offer of an employment contract for your wife with a salary without work, unless the higher authority of the workplace grants him this power; otherwise, he would be betraying the trust. It is obligatory to abandon this act, and whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better, for the Almighty's saying: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
