Obeying an employer in lying to or cheating customers is not permissible, based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Earning wages for work is lawful, even if the worker bears the sin of lying. However, if the wage is for lying and deception, it is ill-gotten gain that must be disposed of by spending it on the interests of Muslims, and a poor person may take from it what he needs. Forging a medical certificate is forbidden because it is false testimony and a false statement, and there is no exception to this unless it is out of dire necessity. It is more preferable for a woman to stay in her home, raise her children, and care for her husband.
