Tampering with medicine invoices, leave requests, and working hours is considered deceit, fraud, and a betrayal strictly forbidden by Islamic law, and it is counted among the characteristics of hypocrisy. An employee must be mindful of his Lord and fulfill the trust of his work with honesty and sincerity. As for praying in trousers, it is permissible if they are concealing and loose, and it is better to cover them with a shirt that covers what is between the navel and the knee. And growing a beard is a religious obligation and an act of obedience to the command of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
