What is the ruling on submitting false medical certificates to obtain leave for devotion to worship during virtuous days like Ramadan, with the knowledge and approval of direct supervisors?

The worker must perform the duties assigned to him, otherwise, he is considered a traitor and a deceiver. Allah has forbidden betrayal and deception. Therefore, submitting false medical certificates to shirk work and devote oneself to supererogatory acts is impermissible, as it involves betrayal, deception, and falsehood. Allah's pleasure cannot be attained through sins and the squandering of rights.
