If you are not ill, it is not permissible for you to request sick leave because that is a forbidden lie, unless there is a justification for it. If the company prevents you from taking agreed-upon or legally binding leave, and you cannot obtain it except by lying, then we hope there is no blame upon you for that. Ibn Al-Qayyim mentioned that it is permissible to lie to oneself or to others if no harm results from it and it helps one attain their right.
