Does divorce occur if one says, "You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced if you go to your family," in a state of anger?

A conditional divorce, according to the majority of jurists, takes effect if the condition it is suspended upon is met. Some, however, are of the view that it does not take effect if the husband intended threat or prevention, and in such a case, an expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yameen) becomes incumbent upon him. Repeating the suspension of divorce upon one single matter effects only one divorce, unless the husband intended renewal. Divorce does not take effect if there was a reason for prevention and that reason ceased to exist. Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it reaches a level where the person does not comprehend what he is saying. A Muslim should beware of anger and be cautious of using divorce pronouncements as a means to resolve marital problems.
