What is the ruling on internet messages that request the dissemination of the Qur’an, supplications, or Prophetic traditions with the intention of ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) for the reward of specific deceased individuals, and which may include encouragement or intimidation, and are the sender and the one for whom it was intended rewarded for it?

There is no harm in dedicating the reward of guiding to good deeds to the deceased, such as guiding to a website containing Quranic recitation or a lesson, based on the opinion of those who permit dedicating the reward of physical acts of worship to the deceased. The mentioned threat is unfounded, as a person is not obligated to disseminate that information such that they would be questioned about it.
