What is the ruling on sending messages on an Islamic channel's ticker tape calling for the support of the Companions with the intention of charity (sadaqah) or for a deceased person, knowing that the channel is facing financial difficulties?

It is permissible to send beneficial and useful messages, free from anything objectionable, on the Islamic channel's ticker, due to the call to Allah and the offering of advice to Muslims therein. If this is done with the intention of supporting the channel and giving charity to it through the cost of the message, then this is good. It is permissible to dedicate the reward of the charity to a deceased person, because the reward of charity reaches the deceased by consensus.
