What is the way to marriage and the way out of this affliction that may drive me to suicide, given my family's refusal and the absence of a helper, knowing that my father is old, blind, and deaf, and attempting to resort to the judiciary might cost me my life?
Allah Almighty says: (And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect). So, turn to Allah and ask Him to relieve your distress and remove your sorrow. Be content with what Allah has decreed for you, and be patient. You must strengthen your faith and increase good deeds, for He, the Almighty, said: (Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do).
If taking your case to the judge will expose you to death, then you have only one of two options if your guardians insist on preventing you from marrying: either you take your case to the judge and inform him of the harm you anticipate.
