How should the remaining agricultural land be distributed among the heirs, and must the system of units mentioned in the original distribution certificate be adhered to, or the system of legitimate inheritance, and what is the ruling of Sharia on the dispute that has arisen?

Lands confiscated by the Agricultural Reform Authority and distributed without paying their original owners for them remain usurped and their dispositions are void. They must be returned to their original owner. As for the distribution of these lands, the conditions of the gift specified by the Authority must be adhered to, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." If those mentioned agree to cancel the division and divide it according to the rightful shares, this is considered a gift that cannot be revoked if the conditions for the gift's enforceability are met. In matters of dispute, the case must be presented to the competent Sharia court, and reconciliation is advised to preserve kinship ties.
