Is it permissible to deal with immodestly dressed influencers in marketing halal products with the aim of reaching their audience and convincing them to buy?
Source: FtawySummary from Ftawy's records · added here Sep 2, 2026
"Displaying one's adornments (tabarruj) is a major sin, and helping to spread it among people is considered assisting in wrongdoing. Therefore, it is not permissible to use women who display their adornments for marketing if they will appear in the advertisement, due to the propagation of wrongdoing inherent in that. There are many permissible marketing methods that suffice and preclude the need for what is forbidden."
