A physician must fear God and seek His help in their profession, and know that God is the Healer, and medicine is but a means. A physician should not undertake what they do not know, and should frequently study, inquire, and learn. They should not hesitate to benefit from those who are less knowledgeable than them. They must strive to perform their work to the best of their ability and are not held accountable for what they cannot do or for the shortcomings of others. Using available resources is better than no treatment, but each case must be studied individually, as the harm of intervention might outweigh its benefit. In such cases, the patient should be consulted.
