Does vomiting resulting from a patient's treatment sessions necessitate making up the fast and breaking it?

If necessary medical sessions during the daytime in Ramadan lead to unintentional vomiting, the fasting person does not break their fast because of it, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever is overcome by vomiting does not have to make up the day, but whoever vomits intentionally must make up the day." As for kidney dialysis, it breaks the fast.
