Is blood discharged after ten days from the ritual bath considered menstruation, and is yellow fluid tending to brown after the seventh day considered part of menstruation?

Yellowish and brownish discharges are considered menses if they are connected to blood or occur during the accustomed period. The minimum period of purity between two menstrual cycles is thirteen days. If the yellowish discharge is connected to blood, it is considered menses, and ghusl (ritual bath) is required afterward. If blood reappears before the minimum period of purity has passed after the cessation of the yellowish discharge, then you are in a state of istihadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding). In this case, you should calculate your menses according to your usual habit, or by discerning the strong blood from the weak, or by observing six or seven days each month if you do not have a regular habit or a discernible difference in blood.
