Is an 'urfi marriage to a widow, out of fear of falling into sin, while having a righteous wife and children, considered a betrayal and deception of the wife and children?

A man marrying a second wife is permissible if he can maintain justice between the two wives, and this is not considered betrayal or deception of the wife. If there is love between him and another woman, Islamic law guides them towards marriage, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "There is nothing like marriage for two who love each other." It is not required by Islamic law to inform the first wife or seek her permission. If he can marry without her knowledge, then he should do so. Otherwise, it is better for him to reconsider this marriage and preserve his family, and cut off his relationship with that woman, because it is not permissible for him to have an emotional relationship with a woman who is a stranger to him. He can help her find a righteous man to marry her.
