Is the intention for ablution valid if it was based on the intention for Friday prayer, then completed for performing Dhuhr prayer after Friday prayer ended?

Whoever performs ablution with the intention of removing impurity, or performing what Allah has enjoined upon him, or making permissible what impurity has prevented him from, may pray any prayer with this ablution, and do all that impurity prevents him from, as long as his ablution is not invalidated. It is not a condition for the intention of ablution to specify the prayer. So, your noon prayer performed with an ablution intended for Friday prayer is valid.
