Abortion before the ensoulment of the fetus is absolutely impermissible. The wife is obligated to pay the blood money (diyyah) for the fetus, which is a ghah (a male or female slave) and expiation (kaffarah). As for ejaculating semen into the wife's anus through penetration, it is forbidden and requires repentance. There is no expiation for it other than repentance itself.
