How is a plot of land to be divided fairly among children (two sons and three daughters), taking into account the differing values of parts of the land?

Justice must be observed among children in giving gifts, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Fear Allah and be just among your children." This is also because favoritism causes envy and hatred. Justice is achieved by giving the male the equivalent of the share of two females, similar to the division of inheritance, for there is no justice greater than Allah's division. The value of the gift should be taken into consideration. Favoritism is permissible if the children agree to it with willing hearts.
